Horseshoe Crossing School Facility Tour
Horseshoe Crossing School Facility Tour
We are pleased to invite facility managers to a guided tour of Horseshoe Crossing School, the newest high school in Rocky View Schools, serving Grades 9–12. Opened in September 2024, Horseshoe Crossing celebrates Langdon’s history, community spirit, and growing future.
About the School
The name Horseshoe Crossing honours Langdon’s identity as the “Good Luck Town.” Its iconic upside‑down horseshoe emblem reflects the community’s long-standing symbol of good fortune and generosity of spirit.
“Horseshoe” references the historic horseshoe‑shaped railway turnaround and Langdon’s strong rail and equestrian heritage.
“Crossing” recognizes the historic travel routes of the Blackfoot people across this land and symbolizes the learning journey each student undertakes.
