We appreciate all of our sponsors very much. Here is what is included in all of the sponsorships we’re offering this year. Individual sponsorship opportunities are listed below the offerings for all sponsors.

All sponsors receive the following:

• Inclusion in all IFMA Calgary emails from the day of first sponsorship

  • A sponsor welcome email aggregated once a week and sent to our public email list of 550 people.

  • Inclusion in all golf tournament promotional emails to both the member only list and the public email list.

• Banner sign at the checkin table (Bring your Own Banner)

• Banner sign in the clubhouse (Bring your Own Banner)

• Rotation on digital sponsor signage

• Included in the thank you message in each golfer’s tournament bag

• LinkedIn Posts promoting the tournament

  • Announcement post following the sponsorship

  • Inclusion in all the following promotional posts through to the end of June.

• Inclusion on the golf tournament website banner from May 1 - June 30

• A full list of all the golfers who participated in the tournament.

Title Sponsor

• The Golf Tournament becomes The IFMA Golf Tournament by YOUR COMPANY

• Prominent inclusion in all IFMA Calgary generated promotional materials

• A golfer foursome

• Ability to host the tournament in conjunction with the IFMA Calgary Board of Directors

  • A message before the shotgun

  • A message at the end of the prize ceremony

  • Helping provide Master of Ceremonies duties throughout the day

• A host cart to travel throughout the golf tournament

• Get included in the golf planning discussions with the IFMA Calgary Board of Directors helping to shape the tournament to your desires.

Hole sponsor

• Be present on your hole throughout the tournament

• Custom signage provided at your hole

IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP

In kind sponsors are critical to this tournament. If you’re in imprinting, printing, or simply like the look of these opportunities you will be prominently featured throughout the tournament. In-kind does mean that covering the cost of these items is up to the individual sponsors. Some will require delivery and logistics that IFMA Calgary is happy to help with.

Bag Sponsor

• Provide golfers with their tournament bag with your custom appearance

• Be present at check-in to meet everyone who will be receiving the bags

• The tournament bag is filled with water, gum, snacks and more provided by IFMA Calgary

Ball Sponsor

• Provide every golfer with a sleeve of custom printed balls to be put in the tournament bag

• Get a host cart to travel the tournament and give away additional balls to struggling foursomes throughout the tournament
