Something new is in the air! As we say goodbye to the old Central Library and prepare for the new Central Library we have to ask ourselves some questions. When is it time to trim your real estate portfolio? How do you implement a real estate master plan? When does a space no longer fit its best use case? 

IFMA Calgary is teaming up experts from the City to tell the tale of how a new library is answering a lot of challenges. We'll explore the business case and what to do when evaluating your organization's property.
