Join IFMA Calgary for a guided tour of the City of Calgary Water Centre, Alberta's first LEED Gold certified office building.

The building delivers roughly 58% energy savings and a 59% reduction in water use. We will see how it actually runs, with the people who operate it.

Tuesday, October 6, 2026, 1:00 to 3:00 PM. 625 25 Avenue SE, Calgary. We gather in the Lott Creek Room, where Rav Saini, Leader, Business Services, Water Services, opens with a short presentation before the building tour. Informal networking follows afterward in the Water Centre cafeteria.

Members $20. Non-members $35. Capacity is limited to 25 people.
