Come join us as we tour the Petro Fina Building, hosted by Astra Group. Petro Fina is an 11-storey, 175,000 sq ft heritage building located along Stephen Avenue that Astra Group is converting from office to residential. The property will include 103 residential units across nine floors, second-floor amenities for +15 users and residents, as well as main-floor retail space.

The space is currently under construction, so you will be getting an inside look at the conversion process as well as the chance to ask questions.

Following the tour, there will be a networking opportunity at Unfiltered on the second floor of the Cornerstone building. Food and drinks will be provided. This event has space for up to 50 people, so you are encouraged to bring colleagues, clients or anyone who may have an interest in Calgary’s facility management community.

Given that this is a tour of an active construction site, Astra Group has asked that all attendees bring appropriate PPE to wear during the tour. This includes: safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, hard hats, and vests.
